About Us
Stone Circle Software is the creative home of Dave Burford based in the South West of England. In years past, he released titles and took part in game jams under the name of Heavenly Software. When the time came to settle and get all 'official' he looked to the local stone circles thinking "Yeah — strong, long-lived, mystical, and a bit of a mystery" and quickly settled on Stone Circle Software.
Being an independent side venture means a much slower development cycle while day jobs pay for the food on the table but it also removes the red tape and allows a level of creative freedom that can really make projects shine!
History & Past Games
Notable projects in the past include Duodecad for Xbox 360 (which won awards from NeoGAF, Kotaku and Armless Octopus) and the original Drop, a cute little runner for Windows Phone 7.

Technology
C# is my bread and butter and likely my highest proficiency.
TypeScript/JavaScript (with a strong preference for TypeScript) and React were daily requirements in my job.
But I like learning new things and have a history including: C/C++, Rust, Delphi, PHP, LUA and a little ASM.
